"Do" ou "Does" ?
When asking a question in the simple present tense, it is important to choose “do” or “does” depending on the subject of the sentence. Here is an easy rule to remember:

“DO” is used with:
I, you, we, they
Example: Do you like pizza?
“DOES” is used with:
he, she, it
Example: Does she play tennis?
A quick tip to remember:
If the subject ends with an -s (he/she/it → 3rd person singular), then “do” takes an -es → does.
But WARNING: in the question, the main verb does not take an -s!
Does he play football? — not “plays”
